Overview
Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed user stories and documentation, supporting banking technology and product delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements
Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
Support creation of low-level documentation linked to product requirements
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions
Ensure requirements are clearly documented and aligned with banking processes
Preferred Experience & Skills
5+ years of overall Business Analysis experience
Minimum 3 years’ banking sector experience within the GCC
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and user story creation
Ability to produce technical and functional documentation
Good understanding of banking products and processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Arabic speaking mandatory
