Role Summary
The SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR operations and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering scalable HR solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across HR systems and platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, and role-based permissions within SuccessFactors
• Support integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Provide production support and manage system enhancements and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, security standards, and data governance requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process flows
• Conduct user training and support change management activities
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within HR operations
Skills and Experience
• Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support
• Strong knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
• Experience with SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, and role-based permissions
• Understanding of HR business processes and digital HR transformation initiatives
• Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are an advantage
