Position: Robotics Deployment Project Manager
Location: EU – travel required

Overview:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Project Managers with a background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction. You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale robotics deployment projects across Fulfilment Centres, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and mechanical systems. This role combines technical understanding with strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and delivery accountability across multiple European sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, schedules, and deliverables for robotics system deployments
• Lead cross-functional teams through site preparation, installation, system configuration, and go-live activities
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and quality metrics across multiple concurrent deployments
• Coordinate all onsite activities, ensuring alignment across engineering teams, contractors, and client stakeholders
• Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, maintaining transparent communication with all parties
• Oversee inventory, logistics, and supply chain coordination for hardware and spare parts
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Provide escalation support and technical oversight during system validation and early operations phase
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards throughout the deployment process
Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline
• Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects in logistics, robotics, or automation environments
• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
• Comfortable managing both technical and non-technical workstreams
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across project sites in Europe
• Familiarity with robotics systems, fulfilment centre operations, and deployment best practices
