ETL Developer

Role Summary
Join a data-driven enterprise as an ETL Developer, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines that enable reliable analytics, reporting, and enterprise decision-making across complex data environments.

Role and Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Informatica BDM, and native tools
• Build and manage orchestrated workflows using Control-M to automate and scale data delivery
• Develop and optimize complex T-SQL and PL/SQL for data transformation and integration
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across enterprise data platforms
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into solutions

Skills and Experience
• 8–10 years of hands-on ETL and data engineering experience
• Strong expertise in SSIS, Informatica BDM, SQL Server, Oracle, and SSAS
• Advanced T-SQL and PL/SQL development and performance tuning skills
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Control-M
• Solid understanding of logical and physical data modeling
• Exposure to big data and cloud platforms (Cloudera, Azure, Snowflake, Spark)
• Experience supporting BI tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
