Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end integration of a new card payment system (including Visa, Mastercard, and local card schemes). This role will bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant card payment processing within our digital payment platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product backlog for card payment integration, prioritizing features based on business value, regulatory requirements, and technical dependencies.
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering and analysis for tokenization, authorization, settlement, chargebacks, and dispute management workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and acquiring partners to define integration specifications, API requirements, and data mapping.
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and the new card payment platform, defining migration strategies.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models to support agile delivery.
• Monitor integration progress, manage risks, and provide regular stakeholder reporting on timelines, budget, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure the solution meets high standards for security, scalability, and performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in payments/fintech, with at least 3 years focused on card payment systems.
• Strong knowledge of card schemes, payment gateways, and processors
