The AI Governance Lead is responsible for governing AI use cases across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, supporting executive decision-making, and maintaining compliance with AI governance and Responsible AI principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage the AI use-case portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs and business decisions.
• Translate business requirements into AI capability requirements, establishing performance, explainability, and trust standards.
• Govern the AI lifecycle, including accreditation, approval, monitoring, suspension, and retirement of AI capabilities.
• Monitor AI model performance and drift while ensuring Responsible AI and Explainable AI principles are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with the AI Factory and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value and informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, analytics, data science, or decision intelligence, with at least 5 years in AI governance, analytics governance, or AI assurance.
• Proven experience governing AI use cases that support executive or strategic decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance frameworks, AI lifecycle management, Responsible AI, and Explainable AI principles.
• AI Governance or Responsible AI certifications are considered an advantage.
