Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or an equivalent field. • Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in mechatronics, automation, logistics, or manufacturing engineering roles. • Strong background in mechanical design, automated systems, robotics, and high-speed production equipment. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and system simulation tools. • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects. • Strong documentation and technical communication skills. • Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering. • Familiarity with logistics or production operations and process automation systems. • Hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial control systems, and automation technologies. • Experience in research, development, or innovation of industrial machinery or automation processes. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. • Additional fluency in a European language (e.g., Italian, German, French).
