This role combines hands-on data centre networking, incident and change management, and operational process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support across data centre LAN environments, including network switches, VLANs and connectivity. Troubleshoot networking issues and perform switch configuration changes. Manage network incidents, service requests and change tasks through ServiceNow.
