Job Title – Construction Project Manager Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: Immediate Start Location: Various Sites Across the UK & Wales Travel: Regional Travel Required (Reduced Travel During Pre-Construction) Linnk Group is seeking a highly driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Retrofits, Expansions and Initiatives (REI) across a portfolio of existing logistics and distribution facilities throughout the UK and Wales. This is a hands-on onsite role supporting projects from pre-construction through to delivery, with responsibility for managing multiple active sites simultaneously. The successful candidate will typically support 2–3 sites in the construction phase, alongside up to 5 sites in pre-construction, requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working in an environment where priorities evolve quickly. The successful candidate will be working full time, 5 days a week. This is a Hybrid role involving travel to the office once every two weeks.
