Role Summary
A key opportunity to lead data visualisation strategy and delivery, driving the adoption of Sigma Computing while maintaining enterprise-grade BI solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert, shaping standards, governance, and high-impact dashboards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data visualisation activities across client programmes
• Act as the primary Sigma Computing SME, driving adoption and best practices
• Design and deliver high-quality dashboards with a focus on usability and performance
• Establish BI standards, governance, and reusable reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualisation, or Analytics roles
• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Sigma Computing
• Strong experience delivering enterprise BI solutions using Power BI
• Proven ability to lead data visualisation workstreams or programmes
• Experience or exposure to migrating from Power BI to Sigma (highly desirable)
• Deep understanding of dashboard design, performance optimisation, and UX best practices
• Experience implementing BI governance, access controls, and standards
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding BI developers to ensure quality delivery
• Excellent communication skills
