Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst
Location: UAE (Ajman)
Employment Type: Yearly renewable role

Key Responsibilities:
Identify differences between current ERP Systems & processes
Work closely with Business users and the Technical team to gather and analyze requirements.
Prepare detailed gap analysis reports and present findings to management.
Analyze, document, and improve business processes related to HRMS and ERP systems.
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to business needs.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of HRMS and ERP Systems & Applications.
Experience in Business Process Analysis and Gap Analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
