Business Analyst (6 months – 2 years of experience)

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and solutions.

• Experience in validating and testing the final product to ensure business requirements are met.
• Capability to plan, coordinate, and support go-live activities, including stakeholder communication and readiness management.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
