Job Title: Project Delivery Consultant

Linnk is seeking a hands-on Project Delivery Consultant / Project Manager to support the deployment of shelving and conveyor systems across multiple Delivery Stations throughout the UK and EU. This role will oversee end-to-end coordination of two key vendors delivering rack installations and MHE conveyor deployments across 19 UK sites and 9 EU sites.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced operational environments, can manage multiple concurrent projects, and is comfortable driving on-site execution while coordinating remotely with stakeholders and vendors.
Peak delivery activity will run between August and November 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end coordination of shelving and conveyor deployments across multiple active sites
• Manage and coordinate two vendors delivering rack installations and conveyor MHE deployments
• Travel to sites during key phases to oversee execution and ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate planning activities and stakeholder meetings to maintain alignment across concurrent projects
• Ensure site readiness prior to vendor arrival, including RAMS approvals, delivery scheduling, installation sequencing, and stakeholder coordination
• Drive daily communication between vendors, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers quickly to maintain project momentum
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and delivery schedules across multiple sites
• Support programme-level reporting, progress tracking, and escalation management
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Site Managers, and operational teams to manage access, security, and operational requirements
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality standards, including MHE conveyor testing and validation
• Maintain strong ownership of project execution from planning through completion
• Operate effectively in fast-moving environments, making quick and informed decisions when required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven project management experience delivering multi-site deployment or installation projects simultaneously
• Strong planning, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholder groups
• Comfortable working on-site and travelling frequently across the UK
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience working within logistics, fulfilment, or large-scale operational environments
• Technical or engineering background (Mechanical, Engineering, Project Management, or similar)
• Experience delivering projects under tight timelines and operational pressures
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and conveyor systems
• Previous experience managing deployments within logistics, fulfilment, or warehouse environments
• Experience supporting large-scale operational rollouts across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of installation sequencing, site readiness, and operational coordination
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth operational environments
